David Stenson

• Bilingual American entrepreneur who has developed in excess of $70 million in international business over the past 6 years. David has lived in Mexico for over 12 years. Investments include a portfolio of homes, apartments, condos, and land over the last 10 years. Projects have ranged in size from $250K to $10M with minimum ROI's of 30 percent. David will leverage his relationships to uncover new loan opportunities and properties for the funds and provide in-country local management.

Jerry O'Loughlin

• Jerry is the co-founder and president of ODG. He spent 17 years in communications and most recently as a key sales exec for two startup international telecom companies building their international portfolios. Jerry grew revenues from zero to $145M before leaving to form ODG. Jerry managed the Americas region for iBasis where he developed key relationships in Mexico that became the groundwork for ODG. He has built a strong local team with experience in banking, real estate and local / regional politics. Jerry oversees all investments and business operations. He personally owns multiple properties in Mexico.
