ODG Ventures is an investment firm founded in 2004 that specializes in real estate and Asset Based Lending (ABL) in Mexico. We leverage our access to capital with the unending list of opportunities in the Mexican market. We currently manage two investment funds that buy and sell Mexican properties. Our involvement in real estate has enabled us to become an Asset Based Lender (ABL) in Mexico. Our team of locals has a steady flow of deals due to our strong banking relationships in Mexico. Our team is so well connected that many of our deals are never seen by other firms.
